Kimberly graduated from Texas Tech Health Sciences Center in 2004 with a Bachelor of Science in Clinical Laboratory Studies. She started her career working in the Microbiology Lab at Parkland Hospital in Dallas, studying Tuberculosis and other pathogens which furthered her interest in medicine. She then attended the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston and graduated in 2007 with a Master of Physician Assistant Studies.
After PA school, she worked in Neurosurgery for 5 years before transitioning to primary care, where she worked for 7 years. Kimberly believes in treating patients with the same compassion and care she would want for her family and friends.
In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and three children, and traveling. She also enjoys watching sports, especially her alma mater Red Raiders, Houston Astros, and her favorite teams- her children’s various sports teams.
