Allergy & ENT Associates Scholarship Program
Allergy & ENT Associates is proud to offer grants to high school seniors and college students.
About the Scholarship Program
Each scholarship is a one-time-only grant of $2,000.00. There are a maximum of four (4) scholarships awarded each year. All scholarships will be disbursed directly to the student’s college and must be used for undergraduate/graduate studies. Each student who wins a scholarship must present a letter of acceptance from the college, university, or technical school to receive the award of $2,000.00.
Who is eligible?
All high school seniors who will graduate in Spring 2024 and college students already enrolled in a graduate or undergraduate program. Employees of AENT and their immediate families are not eligible.
Applicants must be:
- In good academic standing with a “C” average or higher and enrolled for a minimum of 12 hours for the semester/trimester.
- A current patient of Allergy & ENT Associates for a minimum of 1 year.
- Accepted to an accredited US college, university, or technical school.
Previous scholarship applicants or winners are eligible to re-apply for the current year.
When are winners notified?
A panel composed of AENT physicians and employees will select the winners after evaluating all candidates. Winners will be notified in writing by 11:59 PM, May 3, 2024. The educational institution will receive the money directly from Allergy & ENT Associates. All decisions are final.

- Complete the application: Fill out all required sections of the application form accurately and completely.
- Gather required documents: Ensure you have all necessary documents, as outlined in the application instructions.
- Submit by deadline: All applications must be submitted by 11:59 PM, March 31, 2024. Late submissions will not be considered.
