Dr. Aries Caesar Gavino is a board-certified allergist and immunologist dedicated to helping patients better understand and manage complex allergic and immune system conditions. He earned his medical degree from the University of the Philippines–Manila before completing his Internal Medicine residency and Allergy and Immunology fellowship at Baylor College of Medicine, where he also served as Chief Fellow.
Dr. Gavino has extensive experience treating a wide range of conditions, including seasonal and year-round allergies, asthma, chronic sinusitis, food allergies, eczema, chronic hives and angioedema, medication allergies, eosinophilic disorders, recurrent infections, and primary immunodeficiency disorders. His clinical interests also include immunoglobulin and biologic therapies, allergy immunotherapy, and the evaluation of complex immune system conditions.
His approach to care centers on listening carefully, helping patients understand their diagnosis, and creating an evidence-based treatment plan that supports their individual needs and quality of life.
“Every patient has a story, and taking the time to listen is where the best medicine begins. I measure success not just by test results, but by helping patients get back to living the life they want.”
Dr. Gavino is a member of the American College of Allergy, Asthma & Immunology, the American Academy of Allergy, Asthma & Immunology, the Texas Allergy, Asthma and Immunology Society, and the Greater Houston Allergy, Asthma and Immunology Society. He has been recognized as a Houstonia Top Doctor in Allergy and Immunology in 2019, 2022, 2024, 2025, and 2026.
Born in the Philippines, Dr. Gavino now proudly calls Texas home. For more than a decade, he has cared for patients with allergies and immune disorders in the Houston area. He is excited to join Allergy & ENT Associates and expand access to specialized allergy and immunology care in Pearland, Clear Lake, and Lake Jackson.
Outside of medicine, Dr. Gavino enjoys spending time with his family and gardening, a hobby he says shares a few things with medicine: patience, careful attention, and optimism.
